Akuru Foiy is built with a local-first architecture. This means that all the notes you write, the categories you create, and the quote cards you design are stored directly and exclusively on your physical device's internal storage.

We do not maintain cloud servers to sync your notes, and we do not compile your databases. Your data belongs to you, and it never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it (e.g., by exporting text or sharing a quote card).

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Because we do not use registration systems or cloud databases, Akuru Foiy does not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or profile details.
• The contents of your notes, lists, or custom tags.
• Your contacts, location details, or other private device assets.

3. Technical and Crash Logs

To improve app performance and resolve bugs, we may receive anonymous technical diagnostics, performance statistics, and crash logs from App Store and Google Play platforms when enabled by your system settings. This information is purely technical (e.g., device model, OS version, stack traces) and contains no personal identity details or notes data.

4. Sharing Notes and Quote Cards

When you use the share function in Akuru Foiy to create a quote card image or export text, the app packages the content and passes it to your device's native share menu. This transfer happens entirely locally on your operating system. Akuru Foiy does not track, upload, or record the recipient or destination of your shared content.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to align with new features or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be published directly on this page, and the effective date will be modified accordingly.
